After flight
landed, for Documents we need 2 hours to clear customs,
Parcel will take at least half (1/2) of day to clear customs.
Any urgent request, please email us 24 hours before shipment arrive.
· DELIVERY SCHEDULE – Major Town & Others
There are four (4) districts In Brunei Darussalam it consist of:-
Muara (Bandar Seri Begawan)
Tutong
Kuala Belait
Temburong.
Muara district divided into four (4) deliveries areas, which is: -
Bandar Seri Begawan
Gadong
Jalan Tutong
Berakas & Muara
Tutong, & Kuala Belait consider one (1) delivery area, which is: -
Jerudong
Tutong Town
Seria Town
Kuala Beliat Town
For Muara district, 24 hours delivery after flight landed.
For Tutong & Kuala Belait area delivery time is forty-eight (48) hours.
For Temburong district, this is a remote area. There will be not deliveries by hand. However, shipper can provide an alternative address for delivery in B.S.B or we can arrange for self-collection that is convenient to customer. (Most of Temburong population works in B.S.B)

Restricted Articles
Dangerous goods and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited for shipment.
They are firearms, drugs (prescription or non-prescription), plants, livestock,
currency, precious or semi-precious stones, liquor, tobacco, cosmetics,
pharmaceuticals, pornographic materials, perishables, and all restricted
articles defined by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Weight
Each package should not exceed 30 kilograms in weight but each consignment can
be make up of many pieces, providing each is less than 30 kilograms.
Dimension
No single dimension should exceed 100cm. The sum of the height, length and width
of any package should not exceed 175cm.
Volumetric Charge
Charges will be be based on the dimensional weight of the shipment when the
dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight dimensional weight is determined by
using the IATA volumetric standard.
Rates
Rates are based on the total actual weight or the total dimensional weight
of all packages in the shipment, whichever is greater. It includes handling
charges, documentation, customs clearance and door to door delivery. Not
included are customs duties or taxes incurred in clearing the shipment which, if
any, will be horned by the consignee. Should the consignee refuse to reimburse,
the consignor/shipper is liable for the duties or taxes incurred.
Documentation
The consignor/shipper must provide three copies of an invoice or shipper's
declaration on company letterhead detailing the consignee name, quantity (number
of packages), full description of commodity, unit price, total value,
manufacturer and country of origin, reason for shipping. The declaration of
correct details such as value and origin will proceed with the company stamp and
original signature.
Transit Times
Transit times are specified unless due to unforeseen event, especially for
parcel shipment, when it takes longer in clearing customs formality.
P. O. Box Address
Shipment consigned to P. O. Box address must be annotated with the telephone
number of the consignee.
Payment
All Consignments are to be prepaid by the consignor/shipper. Charges collect
consignments cannot be accepted.
